If it’s too hot to explore  Downtown Jacksonville on foot,  you can always sit and relax while the Museum of Science & History takes the whole family on an historical boat ride. Every Saturday afternoon they offer boat rides accompanied by a History Host that will guide you through the history of Jacksonville and the significance the river has played in our community over time. Since it’s summer, we are all trying to look and feel our best. For those that love to exercise regularly, you should go workout at the Corkscrew. On the Northbank Riverwalk in #DTJax Corkscrew Park is a free outdoor gym that features workout equipment such as: free weights, yoga mats, and medicine balls. A great way to have a group workout sessions or just go for a run with a great view. There also are free group workouts sessions offered at The Corkscrew presented  by Winston Family YMCA. Led bycertified trainers that take place each Tuesday at 12:15 p.m. Bring yourself and a friend and get your sweat on!

Summer is the perfect time to destress and what’s a better place to relax then yoga classes in an art gallery. This yoga is a slow ashtanga vinyasa style class held the last Sunday of every month in MOCA’s Atrium Gallery.
