Calendar Submissions
Please use the form below to add a Downtown event to the calendar. All fields listed with asterisk are required.
To expedite the publication of your event, please do the following:
- Browse the events calendar of our website and ensure that your event is not listed.
- Use proper capitalization for your event name and description.
- Fill out the start and end times, if applicable.
- Include event website url and contact information for tickets, if applicable.
- Check your grammar, spelling and punctuation in the event name and description.
- Add your name and email for contact regarding your event.
Please note that all suggested events may be edited, and events must fall within the designated Downtown boundaries of State St. to the north, I-95 to the west and south, and the St. Johns River to the east.
