Megan McElwee
Megan McElwee is the Associate Project Manager at Downtown Vision, reporting directly to the Vice President of District Services. She assists with placemaking initiatives, intended to build and enhance a sense of “place” in Downtown Jacksonville, along with with efforts related to information management and stakeholder support and relations. You might see Megan walking the streets of the BID, plugging away at data collection initiatives to help ensure continuous improvement downtown.
Prior to her work with Downtown Vision, Megan owned and operated her own dog walking business here in Jacksonville and continues to plan and coordinate events at a local dog park in Riverside, Kanine Social.
When not working in the downtown scene, Megan is exploring local trails and camping around Jacksonville with her husband and two cattle dogs, Tucker & Lars. She is slowly working her way towards visiting every local coffee shop within the Jacksonville city limits!
