Phoebe Mullis
Phoebe Mullis is the Events Assistant for Downtown Vision’s Placemaking and Events department. She supports the oversight of planning and production of DVI events and activations to enhance the Downtown street-level environment and increase foot traffic.
Growing up in Jacksonville Beach, Phoebe has learned the importance of community involvement which has transformed into a passion for celebrating and sharing the stories of the people and places of Downtown Jacksonville. A storyteller at heart, Phoebe enjoys writing poetry, short stories, and journaling.
She is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in communication at The University of North Florida, where she has served as President of the UNF chapter of Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) and a volunteer writer for the university’s magazine, Spinnaker.
