Logging more than 22,000 hours this past year, the Downtown Ambassadors— a service contracted through Block by Block, a leading provider in more than 65 Downtowns nationwide—are Jacksonville’s Downtown stellar cleanliness, safety and hospitality team. From litter removal and pressure washing, to answering questions and providing directions, to resolving nuisance activity, the Downtown Ambassadors are the key hosts of the Downtown experience.
