Support Small Business

Downtown Jacksonville will be heavily affected by the precautions taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19. With many people working from home, the eateries and retail shops we normally enjoy will be struggling. We fully support and encourage taking all precautions to protect yourself and your families during this time, and hope that those whose jobs are not affected by the virus will help to lift up the small businesses who will suffer during this time.

Ways to support small businesses during COVID-19: 1. order a gift card for future use. 2. pick up meals and drinks to go or order delivery. 3. shop online with them. 4. share their updates on your social media to spread the word. 5. leave a review from a time you had a great experience with them

1904 Music Hall  – 1904 Music Hall is open with their new series, Dinner and a Show. Check out their website for tickets.

Bay Street Bar and Grill – We’re open and serving freshly made to order take out. Limited seating inside and full seating outside. Offering 2 for 1 on select drafts.

bb’s –Bb’s Restaurant and Bar is open for curbside delivery, pick up and dine in with limited seating. Call 904-306-0100 to place your pick up order 40 minutes in advance. 

Bellwether – Bellwether is open for takeout, delivery, lunch service and happy hour! After dedicating their efforts to helping Feeding Northeast Florida during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Bellwether is ready to serve their customers again. Current hours, Monday-Friday from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Happy Hour Wednesday-Friday from 4-7 p.m.

Bold City Brewery – The Downtown location is open! Monday-Thursday 3-8 p.m. Friday-Saturday 3-9 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m.-6 p.m.

The Brick Coffee House– The Brick is open and available for a quick breakfast or lunch to-go! Grab coffee, pastries or a snack for your midday pick-me-up. Visit them in the Ed Ball Building weekdays from 7 a.m.-2 p.m.

Burlock and Barrel Distillery – Burlock and Barrel Whiskey Distillery is open Thursday through Sunday from 2-7pm, we offer curbside service as well. Located at 417 Magnolia St. Jacksonville, FL. They are now offering hand sanitizer in small bottles, and in gallon bottles. Swing by to pick up a bottle of whiskey and locally made sanitizer.

Burrito Gallery – The Downtown and Brooklyn Burrito Gallery locations are now open for dine in with limited seating. Brooklyn’s new store hours 12pm-8pm Offering to-go drink package menu and family meal specials that you can pick up and take home to heat up whenever it’s dinner time. All Meals feed 4-5 people; limited quantities available
. 

Casa Dora Italian Cafe –Casa Dora has officially re-opened their dining room for both lunch and dinner. They will continue offering takeout.

Chamblin’s Uptown – Chamblin’s Uptown cafe is now open for to-go and dine in orders, call 904-674-0879 to place your order! Current hours are 7-4, Mon-Sat. ☕ The bookstore is open for shopping, masks required.

Charlie’s Cafe – Hemming Park’s food truck cafe is now open with live music entertainment! There are new rules we are asking our diners to follow. In addition, our staff will follow new procedures to ensure the safety of our guests. This includes: wiping down tables after every guest, wearing face masks and gloves, making sure tables and chairs are kept six feet apart from each other and making sure guests in line are keeping six feet apart. We have also installed a hand sanitation area for guests near the Charles Bennett statue.

Chart House  – Chart House is open for to-go orders and dine in service with limited seating from 11am – 8pm daily. 

Chipotle Mexican Grill – After much anticipation, Chipotle Mexican Grill has opened in Brooklyn. From bowls and burritos, to salads and chips, they’ve got something for everyone. They are open daily from 10:45 a.m.-10 p.m. at 50 Riverside Avenue.

The Court Urban Food Park – The Court Urban Food Park is open for take out orders 11am – 2pm daily.

Cowford Chophouse – Cowford is open Tuesday-Saturday from 4-10 p.m. at limited capacity serving happy hour items on the rooftop from 4-7 p.m. and dinner service throughout the restaurant from 5-10 p.m.

De Real Ting Cafe – Is now open for lunch, dinner and evening entertainment.

Flavors of Thai – Flavors of Thai is open and taking to-go orders.

Florida Theatre – Florida Theatre’s Box Office phones (904-355-2787) are open 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. Check out their upcoming events, including virtual events for the whole family.

Fresh Market – Team members will be taking extra precautions to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the store.

FSCJ Artist Series  – All shows will be postponed out of an abundance of caution, due to the growing concern over COVID-19.

Gili’s Kitchen – Gilli’s is open for dine in and take out Monday – Thursday 11-5 p.m. and Friday 11 – 2 p.m. They are limiting customers to 12 at a time and seating will be 6 feet apart.

Go Tuk’n – Tours being offered 7 days a week. New Tuk’n Ride Service in partnership with JTA offers rides Downtown during lunch. Learn more. 

The Happy Grilled Cheese – The Happy Grilled Cheese is open for takeout, limited indoor seating, distanced outdoor seating and UberEats delivery. Visit their Facebook page @thehappygrilledcheese for food truck schedules. Current hours Monday-Friday 11 a.m.- 2 p.m.

Hemming Jewelers – Hemming Plaza Jewelers at 231 N. Hogan St. reopened to customers with limited access. Customers must sit in chairs set up for social distancing.

Hyppo Pops – The Hyppo is endeavoring to stay open and serving our community and local economy as best we can. We have maximized our sanitization process and are taking all online and to-go orders. We are open from 12-8pm. SAME-DAY LOCAL DELIVERY NOW AVAILABLE. Indochine – We’re OPEN. Dine In & Take Out! Lunch 11-2pm weekdays and dinner 5-9pm all week!

Intuition Ale Works – The Taproom and Restaurant are open for service. Pick up beer to-go or enjoy delicious Mojo Brew & Que in the taproom.

Island Girl Cigar Bar – Island Girl is open with live music, drink specials and to-go options.

Jax Rides – We have disinfectant and hand soap. And while we’re a ride-or-die pack, we have no problem keeping six feet between us at all times.

Jimmy John’s – Jimmy John’s is Offering Dine-In and Delivery to Your Door. Leave special instructions to our drivers to have it left at your door during this quarantine.

Johnson and Lufrano, P.A. is a criminal defense firm specializing in criminal law. They remain open at this time to assist you in legal matters.  Contact them to schedule an appointment.

Jumpin’ Jax House of Food – Jumpin’ Jax is open for take out and limited dining. 

Kanine Social – We are open for boarding and drinks. Staff will continue to disinfect common surfaces throughout the day and, as always, we have plenty of hand sanitizer stations throughout the entire facility.

Kazu Sushi Burrito – Now open and serving up delicious sushi bowls and burritos. Open Monday-Saturday, 10:30 a.m.-7 p.m.

Maddy D’s Cafe and Confections -The Cafe is open for breakfast and lunch weekdays from 7 a.m.-3 p.m. They are offering FREE delivery inside of I-295 for any cookie order over $50. Also offering pick up by appointment only, curbside pick-up, and available on Grubhub, Ubereats and Doordash!

Manifest Distilling – Tasting room is open Wednesday – Saturday, 2-7PM. and curbside pick up is available. Now offering 3.4oz bottles of hand sanitizer. Tours now available!

Morton’s Steakhouse – Morton’s is open to accommodate takeout orders and limited dine in seating! Our To-Go menu has limited-time pricing deals, and we are open with new hours of 12pm-8pm daily.

MOSH – MOSH is excited to announce that they are now open to the general public. To keep visitors safe, reservations will be required to visit the museum.

Olio Market – Olio Market is open! Their current hours are Monday-Friday 10 a.m.-3 p.m. They will not be accepting cash as a form of payment and encourage all to go order be placed online. All in person orders will be placed at a kiosk to limit interactions. Dine in is available with limited seating.

Pedal Pub – Pedal Pub Jax is open! Book a safe tour today.

Pita Pit – Pita Pit is open for pick up, delivery, UberEats, and GrubHub.

River City Brewing Company – River City Brewing Company is open for dine in and take-out. Enjoy a romantic riverfront dinner on their outdoor patio, with a gorgeous view of #DTJax.

Ruth’s Chris – Ruth’s Chris Steak House is open or limited dine-in seating and take out orders.

Sake House Sake House is taking to-go orders.

Southlight Gallery – Available by appointment only.

Spliff’s Gastropub – Spliff’s is open for businesses in their new location! To-go orders are available. Try their famous mac-n-cheese!

St. Johns River Taxi –The St. Johns River Taxi is booking tours with safety in mind. Book a sunset cruise, history tour and more! Perfect for a date night or family time.

Superfood and Brew – Super Food and Brew is now open for dine in options at a limited capacity, encouraging patrons to follow CDC guidelines when in the restaurant. They will continue to serve the community by offering pickup and delivery using UberEats and GrubHub.

Sweet Pete’s Candy  Sweet Pete’s is open to the public! Please wear a mask or buy one for 75 cents. Open hours Tuesday-Sunday 10 a.m.-6 p.m.!

UPS Store – 221 N. Hogan Street – The UPS store is open with limited hours Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm, closed Sunday. To enforce social distancing, the number of customers allowed in stores will be limited. 

Village Bread – Village bread is open for dine in with limited seating, pick up and delivery.

The Volstead – The Volstead is now open! Stop in for a drink and light bites.

Whispers Crab House & Oyster Bar – The restaurant is open for takeout and dine in at limited capacity at normal hours: 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. We are offering take out specials and to-go drinks with the purchase of food. Delivery is available through DoorDash, UberEats and Grubhub. For pickup:

Wolf and Cub – Wolf & Cub is temporarily closed but is offering online shopping, appointments to shop in store and select days to shop in store with a limited capacity. Stay up to date by following their social media.

Zodiac Bar and Grille – Zodiac is open and ready to serve up delicious mediterranean food! Wraps, platters and more! Dine in or take your order to go. Delivery is available through Grub Hub. Hours: Monday-Friday, 11 a.m.-2 p.m.

Local Closures

Jacksonville City Event Venues have canceled or postponed events at all locations until further notice. If you are a current ticket holder for any event at the following locations, please hold on to your tickets. Tickets for postponed events will be honored for all rescheduled dates. If your event has been cancelled, please reach out to your point of purchase for refund information. Updates can be found here.
