Downtown Jacksonville Does Halloween

This year, Halloween wasn’t just for the kids, and we didn’t have to wait until the evening to have some dress-up fun!

DVI organized Trick or Treat on the Street with 18 Downtown businesses participating. It was an opportunity for employees to explore Downtown, meet the neighbors and dress up. This year we wanted to get the merchants involved, so we invited businesses to set up inside and outside their locations to pass out products, coupons and candy. One company even held a Halloween scavenger hunt as a part of the trick-or-treating festivities. In turn, shops and restaurants got the chance to speak with old and new costumers about their products and services.

Thanks to everyone who participated: The Brick Coffee House, Chamblin’s Uptown, CoWork Jax, Dalton Agency, Daniel James Salon, Diversions Relaxation and Gift Store, Downtown Vision, Inc., Edwards and Cavendish Dentistry, Grease Rags Clothing Company, Indochine, Jacksonville Area Legal Aid Inc., Jacobs JewelersLike that Cut Barber Shop, Pho. A Noodle Bar, The UPS Store, Urban Grind Coffee Company, Visit Jacksonville and Xtreme Kettle Corn and Treat Factory.

Hope to see everyone out next year!
