There are plenty of other events happening in #DTJax this month, if guzzling the green beer isn’t your thing. This month:

  • A new market for vintage and quality goods in the heart of Downtown Jacksonville, Vagabond Flea takes place every first Saturday of the month in Hemming Park from 9 a.m to 6 p.m. This market features local artists, collectors, food and of course, Vagabond Coffee Co. See you March 7 from 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
  • Voted one of Rolling Stone’s 100 most Iconic musicians, Grammy winner and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Member Elvis Costello will perform some of his biggest hit songs at the Florida Theatre on March 14 at 8 p.m.
  • Elton John and his band return to the Veterans Memorial Arena on March 14 as part of the “All The Hits” tour, featuring iconic hits and classic album tracks from throughout his incredible five-decade career.
  •  The Art Center Cooperative, Inc. will host a month-long juried art show with the opening reception on March 19 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. which will feature artwork that portrays creatures, treasures and the mysteries that lie under the sea by various visual artists.
  • GastroFest will be in Hemming Park on March 21 from 11 a.m.-10 p.m. celebrating Jacksonville’s culinary scene with tastes, talks, films and workshops all day. For more information and tickets, visit gastrofest.com.
  • Grease Rags Clothing Co. hosts a variety of events this March.
