Cre8Jax x Ruby Beach Brewing Beer Release 

Ruby Beach Brewing is teaming up with local creative, Cre8Jax, for the next release in their “Beer Buddies” program. Stop by Ruby Beach Brewing during First Wednesday Art Walk on January 5th for the release of their new brew- a grapefruit and blood orange lager. A portion of the proceeds will benefit JASMYN.

 

Jax is Rad: Collaborative Space

After a successful holiday pop-up shop in #DTJax, Jax is Rad has decided to stay in Downtown Jacksonville. The open-studio space will feature six different artists and will be used as a space to create and elevate the creatives within our community. The studio space will offer our community creative workshops, events and collaboration opportunities. Learn more.

MOSH Winter Discovery Camp

MOSH is offering one-day, fun-day discovery camps on days that children are out of school. Each camp encourages curiosity, learning and exploration as they venture around the museum. The Museum of Science and History makes each camp engaging for children of all ages and is a great way to spend days off from school. Learn more.

Tomorrow: First Wednesday Art Walk

Wednesday, January 5th from 5-9 p.m.
Downtown Jacksonville

First Wednesday Art Walk takes place in #DTJax every month, rain or shine! This art-centered, community-building event takes you on a self-guided tour of Downtown Jacksonville’s arts and culture scene. Explore the main art hubs and stop into the participating businesses along the way for local art, live music, delicious food and more!

Browse works by #ArtWalkJax artists and grab a bite at one of the food trucks: Hibashi PartySaffron and Son of a Butcher. Plus, listen to live music from The Groove Coalition, while sipping a brew in the Beer Garden.

Enjoy a musical performance from The Band Be Easy and shop with your favorite Vagabond Flea vendors.
