YMCA Group Workout Classes at Corkscrew Park!
Just in time for the summer fitness crunch, we’re partnering with the Winston Family YMCAand City of Jacksonville to bring you FREE group workouts at The Corkscrew – #DTJax’s new outdoor public gym located on the Northbank Riverwalk in the shade of the Acosta Bridge.
These certified personal trainer-led classes take place each Tuesday at 12:15 p.m. so bring yourself and a friend and get your sweat on. (Bathrooms & water fountain on site.)
Celebrate Summer at Art Walk Next Week!
Join us for the 6th Annual Bold City Brewery Summer Sizzle featuring the release of Big John’s Apricot Wheat Ale, available for purchase.
Headquarters at Hemming Park:
  • Stroll through Hemming to view art and works from the vendors of Trash Panda, a local flea market.
  • Enjoy a live performance on the Main Stage by The Firewater Tent Revival from 5:30-8:30 p.m.
The Oasis @ Art Walk:
  • Find your chill at our summer placemaking experience in Hemming Park on June 5th.
  • Check out details on this and other placemaking initiatives here.
Kids Zone on Adams Street:
  • Enjoy bounce houses, face painting, jump-roping by Jump 4 Jax, magic by Crossroads Magic and mural painting by Jax Kid’s Mural Project.
  • Stick around for a performance by The Johns Twins from 5:30-8:30 p.m. They’ll be located in front of The Carling on 31 E. Adams St.
Adam Street Eats:
  • Be sure to grab a bite from Gili’s Kitchen, Kazu Sushi Burrito, Breezy Jazz Club or De Real Ting during your time on Adams St.
  • Pick up discount flyers at participating locations or at the Art Walk Tent at Hemming Park.
Fashion show on Laura Street:
  • Enjoy music by DJ No Fame from 5:30-8:30 p.m.
  • Fashion show begins at 7:30 p.m. Hosted by Regions Bank in partnership with Fashion Group Int’l and Paul Mitchell The School.
