It is almost that time of year again to celebrate Father’s Day! This year, the holiday falls on Sunday, June 20th, which means it’s time to start thinking of some fun gift ideas and activities for the special dude in your life. We’ve put together a list of some cool places to visit, awesome things to do and some unique gift ideas to help make your #DTJax loving dad feel extra special and appreciated this year!
Eats & Drinks
BB’s Restaurant For brunch this Fathers Day, give BB’s Restaurant in Southbank a try! Brunch is available from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and their menu offerings span from yummy Brioche French Toast to delicious Steak and Eggs. Estrella Cocina New to downtown and offering some of the best views of our city, Estrella Cocina is a no-brainer for Fathers Day lunch or dinner. Estrella Cocina is now open and is serving up Baja mexican-style eats. Grab food and drinks on their rooftop and enjoy some incredible views of #DTJax that you won’t be able to get anywhere else! Intuition Ale Works Grab drinks with dad at one of the best breweries in Downtown Jacksonville! Located in the Sports District, Intuition Ale Works is a fun brewery and offers a great view of the TIAA Bank Stadium and the 121 Financial Ballpark from their rooftop. Open from 1 p.m. – 6 p.m. on Sundays, Intuition is a great spot to take dad this Father’s Day. View their current Brews line-up here!

Tuk’n Tour Make Father’s Day memorable this year by booking a tour with Go Tuk’n Tours. Go Tuk’n offers a multitude of tours such as; History Tours, Public Arts Tours, Scavenger Hunts, and Drinking Experiences. Go Tuk’n is also a fun way to get around the city! MOSH If your dad is a fan of science and history, we recommend taking him to visit the Museum of Science and History.
