Red Dawn
It’s no coincidence that we start out this list with a drink from Dos Gatos – it’s easily one of the BEST bars for amazing craft cocktails Downtown. This is their creation, the Red Dawn. It’s a modern spin on the Moscow mule and is created with fresh seasonal berries, Russian Standard vodka, ginger liqueur and ginger beer.
Ms. Mac’s Peach Tea
We’re in the South – there’s no way we couldn’t include this peach tea concoction! The craft cocktail masters at The Volstead knew what they were doing when they created this masterpiece: Medley Bros Bourbon, Cynar, Sweet Tea, Peach, Mint, and Lemon.
Strawberry Basil Wheat-Rita
The name says it all! Think margarita… but more refreshing with a strawberry basil kick. Beautiful day for a rooftop bar? Hop over to Burrito Gallery Brooklyn and enjoy this summer-in-a-cup wheat-rita. Too hot to be outside? Check out the Burrito Gallery Downtown location and bar-hop around the Elbow while you’re at it.

Manifest Gin & Tonic

We’ve been waiting all year for the release of Bold City’s Big John’s Apricot Wheat Ale. It’s a summer must-try because it’s only available in the summer! Not to mention it’s pretty much summer in a glass. Stop by the new Downtown location and have a pint (or a few).
Popsicle Mimosa
If Willy Wonka owned a bar, it would be Candy Apple Cafe & Cocktails and his drink of choice would definitely be the Popsicle Mimosa. This Instagram-worthy drink is everything you love about a mimosa combined with the only thing that could make a mimosa better… a popsicle. It doesn’t get more summer than a popsicle, bubbly and juice.
