Soccer Fans Unite Downtown

Once every four years, pretty much every person across the globe is glued to the television or computer watching the World Cup – if they aren’t, they should be. As futbol fever sweeps the nation, it’s no surprise there are Downtown events popping up to celebrate it.

Whether you’re into soccer all year, you’ve mastered the art of painting the American flag on your face or you’re just jumping on the bandwagon, I invite you Downtown to sport the red, white and blue, gather with a ton of folks you may or may not know, jump up and down and chant “I believe that we will win” because Thursday is the final chance for the Americans to escape the “Group of Death.”  Take a long lunch and watch the drama unfold as the U.S. kicks some German butt at one of these Downtown hangouts:
