candyValentine’s Day Prix-Fixe Dinner at Candy Apple Cafe & Cocktails | February 13-16

Celebrate the everyday with your loved one, friends, and family with our prix-fixe Valentine’s Day dinner, available February 13 through February 16 beginning at 5 p.m. Guests will have the option to order from a $40 prix-fixe menu, in addition to the daily menu. Banksy Piece on Tour and Writing on the Walls Local Art Exhibit Opening at Main Library | February 14

Thanks to the Cultural Council of Greater Jacksonville and Vystar Credit Union, artwork created by anonymous street artist Banksy, and estimated to be worth $2 million, will be on loan at the Main Library for all to see. You can also experience and exhibit local street artists in Writing on the Walls. More info here.

 

nolaValentine’s Day Dinner at NOLA MOCA | February 14

NOLA MOCA has designed a special three-course menu with oysters, steak and chocolate. Tickets include complimentary bubbles and free Museum admission. Sweetheart Dinner at Benny’s Steak & Seafood | February 14

Treat your loved one to a Valentine’s Dinner on the St. John’s River at Benny’s Steak & Seafood. Dinner for 2 includes a bottle of wine and a 3-course meal. Must call 904-301-1014 to reserve your table ahead of time. Times are from 6 to 9 p.m.

 

Valentines Day Flower Shop Pop Up at the Court Urban Food Park | February 14

Need to show that special someone, friend or co-worker some lover this Valentine’s Day? The Court Urban Food Park is hosting a flower pop up shop along with regular lunch service. Pick up a last-minute bouquet and enjoy a great meal. Times are from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

My Funny Valentine’s Day Massacre: An Evening of Torch Songs, Love Stories, and Billets-Doux with local Jacksonville writers! The night begins at 7 p.m.

Lunch @ the Lounge Concert Series featuring Friction Farm at Main Library | February 14

Single & Anti-Valentines Day Night at River City Brewing Company | February 14

Join the Brew House on Feb. 14th to celebrate being single when everyone is celebrating being together – an Anti-Valentines Day Party! They have Aaron Thomas From Be Easy singing in a duet on the stage from 5:30-9:30pm and happy hour from 3pm until 7pm and Valentine’s Day specials.

 

Roosevelt Colliers V-Day Bash at 1904 Music Hall | February 14

Looking for something new this Valentine’s Day? Head to Myth Nightclub for the Valentine’s Masquerade Party – featuring Latin Bachata dance lessons, a masquerade costume contest and drink specials all night long! It all begins at 9 p.m. You can get tickets here.

 

Boozy Truffles Class with Sweet Pete’s Candy | Every Wednesday and Friday through February 28; for guests ages 21+ only

Each attendee will learn the art of tempering chocolate and how to make ganache filling from Sweet Pete’s confectioners, then make one quarter pound of truffles. After truffle making, guests will savor the notes of their handmade truffles as a mixologist from The Candy Apple Café & Cocktails leads the class through truffle pairings with Champagne, wine, and whiskey.
