In Sweet Pete’s Boozy Truffle Class, Sweet Pete’s confectioners teach the art of tempering chocolate and how to make ganache filling. Each attendee will make one quarter pound of truffles.

After truffle making, savor the notes of your handmade truffles while you enjoy unlimited complimentary bubbles perfectly paired with your truffles.

The chocolate portion of this class is slightly less hands-on than the traditional truffle class to allow time to enjoy your cocktail and truffles.

This class does not include ice cream and is for ages 21 and up.
