January 30, 2020 @ 7:30 am - 10:00 am
As the baby-boomer generation continues to age, it is likely that younger employees will begin taking on additional caregiver responsibilities. With 1 in 6 Americans reporting caring for an elderly or disabled relative or friend, employees miss an average of 6.6 work days and contribute to more than $25 billion in lost productivity.
The event will provide insight how caregivers are juggling work and home responsibilities and how companies can prepare for the influx of their employees being impacted by caregiving responsibilities.
