Join us at MOCA Jacksonville for a night filled with holiday themed cheese and charcuterie design. Follow along with Chef Shantrell Mixson—owner of SoulFULL Eats, MOCA’s newest partner and in-house caterer—to build a grazing board sure to impress foodie friends. Take away tips on choosing the right meats, cheeses, and accoutrements, and learn how to tweak your board for the holiday season. Participants are invited to snack on their creations while enjoying a glass of complimentary champagne or your choice of beer or wine from MOCA’s in-house bar.
Palm leaf boards provided by MOCA, or bring your own to see how your selections will look when you are home!
