The Veil of Maya: Grand Opening

About

We’re so excited to welcome our next artist in residence at The Corner Gallery; Shameera Din Wiest. In “The Veil of Maya”, a multi-sensory installation fabricated from discarded materials, Shameera plays with lights, shadows and reflections around her handwoven sculptures to express the fundamental principles of light and interpret the Hindu philosophy concept of illusion, known as Maya. Join us on Saturday February 11 from 5-9 for the grand opening!
