Sponsor Lounge: Need to Know Information
We’re looking forward to jamming with you on the riverfront in Downtown Jacksonville at
Jax River Jams Presented by VyStar Credit Union! We cannot wait to celebrate our Downtown each Thursday with you in April. Your pass to the sponsor lounge will grant you an exclusive experience fit with free drinks, catered food, the best views of the stage and so much fun!
Where to Go
The entrance to the Sponsor Lounge is located to the right of the stage. Please enter from Laura Street and follow the brick perimeter to the Sponsor Lounge. Please note there is no entrance to the Sponsor Lounge via Hogan street. View the Site Map.
Parking & Transportation
There is no dedicated parking for Jax River Jams, but DTJax has plenty of parking and public transit! Street parking in Downtown Jacksonville is free after 6 p.m. and several transportation partners (JTA, Go Tuk’n, St. Johns River Taxi) will be operating with extended hours for the event. Restricted Entry & Re-Entry
To gain entry to the Sponsor Lounge, your name must be on the registration list provided by your sponsor point of contact. Wristbands and drink tickets will be distributed at the Sponsor Lounge check-in, beginning at 5 p.m. Children accompanying parents must also have their names on the list in order to gain entry.
Re-Entry to the Sponsor Lounge will be permitted. All guests re-entering the Sponsor Lounge must have a wristband.
Weather: Jax River Jams is held rain or shine. In the event of severe weather (i.e., sustained winds or lightning) we may need to evacuate the Sponsor Lounge and take shelter nearby. If this is necessary, you will be advised by event staff.
Food & Beverages
Food will be catered. All allergies may not be accommodated. Each guest will be given two complimentary drink tickets. Additional beverages will be available for purchase. You must be 21+ to order alcoholic drinks, a valid Photo ID is required.
Last Call will be at 9:30 p.m.
Bathrooms
Private bathrooms will be located within the Sponsor Lounge. There are also additional bathrooms within the event footprint.
Dress Code
There is no dress code. Please dress comfortably and appropriately for the weather.
Pets
Well-behaved pets on leashes are welcome in the Sponsor Lounge. Please make sure to clean up after your pets!
Rules and Regulations
No weapons.
No disruptive behavior.
No outside alcoholic beverages.
Smoking in designated areas only.
Respectful and responsible behavior is expected at all times. We ask that our guests to mantain an environment that is courteous, considerate and respectful to all.
We assume no responsiblity or liability for loss of, damage to, property of guests to Sponsor Lounge.
If any guest is found not following the rules of the Sponsor Lounge, they will be asked to leave.
