Jax River Jams Rules and Regulations

This event is for all ages and the safety of all patrons is paramount. Please be mindful and respectful of other patrons that are nearby and compliant with regulations intended to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Hand sanitizer and hand-washing stations will be available throughout the venue and regulations regarding social distancing and appropriate facial coverings to prevent the spread of Covid-19 will be followed. By attending, patrons agree to the following Jax River Jams rules and regulations. 

  • Face coverings are required to attend and to be worn as per CDC guidelines and City of Jacksonville mask mandate.
  • Attendees are required to socially distance. 
  • Self-screen before you attend the concert.  If in the previous 48 hours you have experienced any of these symptoms – fever of 100.4 or above, cough, new trouble breathing or shortness of breath, chills, muscle aches, sore throat, diarrhea, loss of smell or taste or change in taste – do NOT attend the concert.
  • If in the past 14 days, if you have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for Coronavirus, who has COVID-19 or has had COVID-19 related symptoms – do NOT attend the concert.
  • Those in high risk populations should continue to shelter in place or be very vigilant about face coverings, social distance, and hand washing while out in public.
  • No running or jumping or throwing of any objects. No weapons of any kind are permitted in any area of the venue.
  • No drugs or underage drinking will be tolerated on any of the venue grounds.
  • No solicitations, leafleting or temporary banners are allowed. Smoking is not allowed on the venue grounds.
  • Patrons must dispose of their trash in trash receptacles placed throughout the venue.
  • Do not throw used masks or gloves on the ground.
  • No scooters, roller skates or blades, skateboards, or bicycles are allowed on the venue grounds.
  • Pets must be leashed at all times. Please pick up after your pet.
  • No coolers or outside alcoholic beverages.
  • Camp chairs and blankets are welcome.
