Meet Jim Overton:
Jim Overton was elected Duval County Tax Collector in a special election in November 2018. He was re-elected to a full four-year term in March 2019. He represents Northeast Florida on the governing Board of the Florida Association of Tax Collectors. He is designated a Certified Florida Tax Collector by the Florida Department of Revenue for having completed optional coursework and continuing education as Tax Collector.
